I'm finally on vacation and I'm not thrilled to wear a bikini.... too much drinking and eating withOUT exercise makes me feel gross. I'm not sure I look as bad as I feel though (luckily).
ANYWAY - my goal for this year is to really tone up my body. So I'm starting a challenge in September to keep my legs toned (I've done the squat challenge before and LOVED what it did) and start to firm up and tone my abs!
